New Residents

Welcome to Harbourside!

Homeowner's Associations offer many advantages and opportunities that ensure a community's premier attractiveness and uphold property values. If this is your first time being part of an HOA, you may have questions. The information here will help you navigate the ins and outs of community living at Harbourside. If there is any information that you lack or just a question you may have, please let us know. We are here to assist you in any way possible.

Gate Access
The best way for a resident to access Harbourside is by barcode. Barcodes may be purchased for $10 at the West Gate. We do not sell barcodes in inclement weather because they must be affixed to your vehicle's exterior window. We may also require vehicle registrations under certain circumstances, so you should bring those as well. For more information, check out the SNA website.

Visitor Access
You will need to manage your visitors and their access through the gates.  Be sure to set up your SNA account, or call the gates, to add visitors to your approved visitor list.

Pedestrian Gate Key
Pedestrian gate keys are available in the SNA Office 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. The cost is $125.00 of which $100.00 will be refunded upon the return of the key. There is a limit of only two keys per address.

Contractor Information

Contractor Hours are 7 AM - 6 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM - 3 PM only on Saturday. Contractors are not permitted into the South Neighborhood Association on Sundays or designated holidays. Please note that access for contractors is through the East Gate only.

Deed Restrictions
As you know, Harbourside is a deed-restricted community. All exterior changes to your property require prior approval from the Design Review Board which is administered by the Association office. Use this link to review all Governing Documents for Harbourside.
