HOA Information & Forms

Harbourside residents work with three HOAs to ensure our community and Harbour Island remains a well-kept, safe, and desirable location. Each resident should receive a yearly coupon book. Detailed below are the three different associations.

Harbour Island Community Service Association

HICSA is the master association for Harbour Island and is responsible for ponds and island-wide stormwater system, landscaping and irrigation of HICSA property, insurance of common property, and interface with the city for coordination of maintenance of bridges, roadbeds and lighting, traffic and event planning, and to ensure compliance with zoning and joint agreements. HICSA HOA dues are yearly with autopay options available.

South Neighborhood Association

The South Neighborhood is strictly residential with many neighborhood associations that include two condominium communities, four townhome communities, four single-family home communities, and a marina association. SNA HOA dues are monthly with autopay options available.

Harbourside Homeowners Association

Harbourside is managed by Condominium Associates and our primary contact person is Elizabeth Morin. Harbourside HOA dues are monthly with autopay options available.
