Harbourside is a collection of 92 townhomes on the island's eastern shore. Residents have their choice of private courtyards or beautiful waterfront views.

Social areas are located throughout the community. The pool and pool house are featured in the heart of the neighborhood. At the southern tip of Harbourside is a communal park and gazebo.
